Shipping and returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of payment being received. We carefully pack your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
All items are wrapped in sustainable, recycled packaging and are sent out as quick as can be.
To find out how much delivery will cost for your order, add items to your cart. See below for estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:
- Standard: 2–3 working days
- Express: 1–2 working days
- Next Day: 1 working day guaranteed
Some items will require a signature upon arrival, and larger items or orders may be sent via a courier service with different lead times. Standard and Express delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

- Europe: 5–7 working days
- Rest of the World: 7–10 working days

ORDERING AS A GIFT?

Let us know if you are sending items as gifts. You can do this at checkout and add a note for the recipient. Do this under ‘Add a gift note’
We really hope you love everything you receive, but if you would like to return an item(s) then please contact us and we’ll tell you where to post it.
Item(s) need to be returned to us in their original condition, within 30 days of receiving your order.
We can only offer an exchange in the event of an item being faulty or damaged. In this case, the exchange will be for the same product only. If you would like a different item, a new order must be placed.
All returned items will be refunded within 2 working days of us receiving them, minus the cost of the initial postage fee (except in the case of a faulty or damaged item).
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any personalised, made to order items, or pierced jewellery (for reasons of hygiene), excluding when damage is incurred in transit or the item is found to be faulty.
If you do wish to return an item, contact us first within the 30 days to receive our instructions. It is your responsibility to return items using a secure postage method, and sufficient packaging to ensure the order is returned in the original condition. The item is your responsibility until we receive it, and you a are responsible to pay the cost of the returns postage. Please visit our Terms and Conditions page for more information.
