INEOS Britannia upcycles old sails in time for 37th America's Cup

Even AC75 sails can be made into new things...!

We are super proud of our friends and ReSail partners at Ocean Republic, for creating an awesome range of products for INEOS Britannia, in time for the 37th America's Cup in Barcelona later this year.

Carbon fibre sails from INEOS Britannia's 36th America's Cup have been repurposed into new things.

Rory McKellar, Founder of Ocean Republic said:

“Working with the INEOS Britannia Team on the sail repurposing project is a real honour. Through skill, innovation, and teamwork, we have created a range of products that are robust, replicable, and look cool. Each item in this limited edition range names the sail's origin and its serial number, confirming its authenticity. We are proud to present this unique range for fans and supporters to own. It’s a fantastic example of how we can promote sustainability while creating useful products. The team’s professionalism and friendliness made this a truly wonderful experience.”

Great work, INEOS Britannia, in giving second life to your old sails.

All products are available to purchase and proceeds go to the 1851 Trust
